Irwan is the guy who always come up with solution when things became difficult. Always there to makes the proccess seamless. And very kind person who help the others.

Irwan (his nickname is Boy) worked for me in a video & multimedia project. He doesn't mind work long hours (sometimes late night to meet deadline), able to solve technical problems and his creativity really helped the project implementation. He was pleasant to work with and his dedication toward work was a big advantage for organization who hired him.

Irwan used to be my subordinate on my own establishment back in 2010, it came to my surprise to find that he is part of the Broadcast and Multi Media team hired when we held the Congress of Indonesian Diaspora 6, and he is still a silent with 'can do attitude' figure. He was loyal, resourceful and has a very good attitude where anyone would love to work with. His computer, broadcast and multi media skill is excellent where he and his team made the virtual event seamless. No regret to have him did our projects twice in different occasions.

Irwan is an individual that emphasize practical approach of all things. Working side by side with him on multiple ambitious projects was a delightful experience. Looking forward for any future collaborations!
